the Owner of ThirdStone Gallery, I make these things I call ASSEMBLOIDS.
There'e a few you can have a look at here. They're mostly made
of Junk, Crap and Stuff anda lotta paint in really "subdued"
(Yeah, right!) colours. Largely, my "Bloid" progeny
are about recontextualizing the detritus of our modern society
into constructs that yield a somewhat skewed glimpse of the process
by which they're created. So, yeah, I guess that means ya get
t'peek inside this bentbrain-twist-o-flex skull of mine. By "enshrining"
my beloved junkstuff into these RotoRooter- Reliquaries of aberrant
obsession, I find an odd comfort and easy delight in wrenching
an obtuse statement out of such a bizarre object. As to why so
many people like to buy them....well, that's another matter entirely
that shan't be discussed here! I would, however, like to know
