I've been blessed with the ability to create with my works what I have experienced with my eye, mind and body. Thank you Buddha, Xibala, Wakan Tanka, God, Mohammed, Vishnu and Shiva.
The earthiness, joyfulness and sometimes fragmented creations, are a direct reflection of my travels to harsh, unfamiliar yet alluring cultures. One can envision sleepless nights, earthquakes, avalanches, exposure trekking, and intolerable conditions as well as the abundant, exquisite grace of a faraway country's peoples, geography and character.
My art expresses my attempts to capture all this. listen to it carefully...does it draw you closer? Does it say "come travel, come experience, come live?"
